Sean is making more home improvements. Hopefully, with all the improvements that he’s doing will set our loft/condo apart from the others on the markets. We really want to be in Chicago sooner rather than later!

Sean upgraded the knobs on the closet doors….

Wow…I love Craigslist! It’s soooo easy to get rid of stuff you no longer want….all you have to say is FREE!

We have a new realator that is coming over tonight. He will be here at 7:00p.m. I came home during lunch and cleaned the house and I just got through mopping. Sean is fixing the french doors while Joe is hard at work cleaning. Before anyone says anything….I came home during lunch and cleaned the house and I just got through mopping. Joe has outgrown this bed. We are going to replace it with something that will make the room look bigger and something that he can use when we move to Chicago. I’ve placed an ad on atlanta.craigslist.org in the free section so hopefully someone will want it.

We are in for the night relaxing with our dogs. Joe and I are watching HGTV and sean is surfing the internet looking for other, real estate, services.

We are waiting in line to get tickets for the Hitcher…..we enjoy thrillers.

I’ve become addicted to HGTV. I can’t get enough! Ever since we’ve decided to sell our condo and move to Chicago I have little interest in current events anymore. Hillary Clinton announced that she was going to run for President…..but even that didn’t even get me motiviated to watch news. Everyone knows how much I love news….especially CNN (hey….we live about two blocks from CNN) but I only want to watch HGTV. I remember when I was Joe’s age and my mom would watch those type of shows and I never understood why she would "enjoy" watching them. It’s funny because Joe can’t stand them…..I have become my mom!

Well we had dinner with our real estate agents last night. They are really nice guys but they don’t really want to do anything unless they definately know it will help sell our condo. What is the point in having a real estate agent anyways? I thought having a reputable company would benefit us. It’s been over 3 months and they have not brought one person to see it. Aren’t they supposed to hustle? They seem pretty lazy as they think it’s pointless to have an open house. There are lots of services that will MLS your condo for you. We are thinking about going back to Assist2Sale or something similiar. We know the market isn’t very good right now but when other units in our building are selling or getting traffic then something is wrong.

Our baby will nap while we go meet our real estate agents.
